Security notice
Updated 12 August 2026
Our website was manipulated by third parties in early August 2026. Anyone who visited it between 4 August 2026, around 12:40, and 5 August 2026, around 13:00 (CEST) may have seen a fake confirmation page – for example a bogus „I am not a robot“ check or an error message. It asked visitors to run a command that had already been placed on their clipboard.
If you followed that instruction
Please check your device:
- run a full virus scan with up-to-date signatures
- change the passwords of accounts used on that device, e-mail and online banking first
- enable two-factor authentication where available
- when in doubt, involve an IT professional
If you only visited the page
Merely opening the page did not install any software. As far as we know, no action is needed.
What we have done
The affected installation has been taken offline. Since 5 August 2026 our website runs on our own infrastructure and without the software used at the time. The incident has been reported to the competent data protection supervisory authority.
Participant and event data in our Regasus portals were not affected – they run on completely separate infrastructure.
